Driven by Jin's love for cheeseboards, an art she had honed over the years, Jin Park founded Lady J Charcuterie. It was her way of sharing her passion with the world and bringing a touch of delight into people's lives. Lady J Charcuterie is synonymous with exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the creation of memorable experiences.

In 2022, a remarkable journey began for Jin Park, a former registered nurse whose life took an unexpected turn. Jin's background as a registered nurse played a significant role in shaping the essence of Lady J Charcuterie. The core values of care, compassion, and a desire to help others permeated every aspect of the business, ensuring that the recipients of her creations would feel cherished and loved.

However, Jin's vision extended far beyond the realm of exquisite cheese boards. From the very beginning, she made a solemn commitment to herself – to make a difference in the world. Lady J Charcuterie became a purpose-driven enterprise, dedicated to giving back to communities. In 2022, Lady J Charcuterie donated
some of the revenue to help build a school and girls' dormitory in Pang Mapha, Thailand.

 Lady J Charcuterie’s mission is to bring high-quality ingredients along with a one-of-a-kind experience. Our Charcuterie boards, cheese boards, crudites, snack boxes, fruit cups, and party platters are all made to order. We are a women-owned business located in Fullerton, Southern California, and serve Orange County.
